MassLegalHelp is a website to help you find practical information about your legal rights in Massachusetts. The website is a collaborative effort of the Massachusetts civil legal aid community. Funded by the Massachusetts Legal Assistance Corporation, the website is maintained by lawyers at Massachusetts Law Reform Institute.

Find a Legal Aid Lawyer
You may be eligible for civil legal aid if your annual income is at or below 125 percent of the federal poverty level. In Massachusetts, that is currently $32,750 per year for a family of four. There is different criteria for older adults and crime victims.
